| Jylland: (Including counties Hjørring, Ålborg, Thisted, Viborg, Randers, Århus, Skanderborg, Ringkøbing, Ribe, Vejle, Haderslev, Tønder, Åbenrå and Sønderborg). |
| Øerne: (Including counties on Fyn [Odense, Svendborg], and Sjælland [Holbæk, Sorø, Frederiksborg, Roskilde, København, København (City, Amager), Præstø and Maribo], and Bornholm.) |
